Marc Gittleman is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of 5x5 Telecom. Marc also Chairs 5x5 Telecom’s Board of Directors.

Prior to his role as CEO at 5x5, Marc served as Rising Realty Partner's Executive Vice President - Property Services, for five years, including property, construction, energy, sustainability and telecom management platforms throughout 4.1 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate.

As an active commercial real estate investor, Marc has been a GP in over $1B of data center and commercial real estate acquisitions and speaks frequently on creating investor return via real estate technology innovation, and leadership in implementing advanced technologies.

Marc is a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for BOMA Greater Los Angeles, representing 135 million square feet of office and industrial space which contributes $3.5 billion to California's economy annually. Marc chaired NAIOP's Trends in Real Estate Development Forum, and was a member of IBCON's Intelligent Buildings Advisory Board. Marc is a Board Member of Liam's Life, dedicated to reducing the BAC from 0.08% to 0.05% and promoting organ donation. He is also Director on the Board of Directors of The Building Skills Partnership, whose mission is to improve the quality of life for low-wage property service workers and their families by increasing skills, education access, and career and community advancement opportunities and participation. Marc is also the Vice-President of his HOA.

Marc spends his free time with his son. He is a competitive obstacle-course racer, supports the ASPCA, the LA Zoo, every science museum you want to take a kid to, is a CERT member, a former Krav Maga instructor and life Member of MENSA.
